Buying Agent Responsibility

As your designated purchasing agent, we urge customers to make informed and confident product selections. Since Chinese suppliers generally do not accept returns, we adopt the same policy—returns are only accepted in cases of incorrect or defective items.

Product Data and Freight Charges

Please note that the suppliers typically do not display product weights information.  A supplier’s stated weight or dimensions might differ from the actual product, potentially affecting freight costs. Any discrepancies will be communicated after you place your order.

Couriers calculate shipping fees based on either the actual weight or the volumetric weight (whichever is higher), particularly for bulky items. We strive to provide accurate freight estimates using product weight, and our system generally offers reliable calculations. Should the actual weight deviate from the estimate, customers will be notified and may choose to accept the revised cost or cancel the order for a full refund.

Product Verification and Inspection

As part of our service, we inspect all items upon arrival at our warehouse before dispatch. Any concerns regarding quantity, quality, color, or size will be promptly communicated. Please note that minor color variations are considered normal.

Customs Duties

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs tariffs imposed by the destination country.

Delivery Timeline

We are committed to fast and dependable delivery. However, all delivery times are estimates, and we cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control.

Errors and Omissions

We aim to provide competitive pricing and accurate product information. Due to the dynamic nature of this industry—such as supplier price adjustments or data updates—prices, promotions, product versions, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Despite our best efforts, published content may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All information is provided “as is,” without warranty. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order. If an affected order has already been charged, a full refund will be issued immediately.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including loss of profit or opportunity—even if previously advised of such risks. Our maximum liability for any direct damages is strictly limited to the product’s purchase price.

At our sole discretion, we may resolve breaches through one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement of the goods or parts thereof
  • Supply of equivalent goods or parts thereof
  • Repair of goods or components
  • Reimbursement for replacement or equivalent goods
  • Reimbursement for repair costs
  • Refund upon return of goods

Changes to Terms

We may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review them before placing each order.

 

Returns Policy

Please refer to our refund policy below.

1. If you don’t receive the product, you will have a choice to receive a full refund or request us to send you a new product.

2. If the product is not as described you will receive a full refund or partial refund.

3. If you received the incorrect item, you could choose to have a refund or contact us to ship a new one.

4. If you received a defective/damaged product then you could choose a refund or request for a new one to be shipped to you. Please make sure that you open the package and check the product is in good condition before you accept the package, if the defective/damaged product is reported after the package is accepted or delivered then it can not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1. In the event that the product has to be returned to us, the product needs to be clean, in new condition, and properly packed. The return cost of shipping will be either on either side depending on the circumstances.

2. If there were any extra gifts or free promotional items that came with the order, those must also be returned.
